Ingredients:

Taco Meat:

  • 325g ground beef

  • 165g ground pork

  • 1.5 tbsp Ethical Table Pura Vida Taco Seasoning (adjust more to taste)

Other Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1 bunch cilantro, washed and chopped

  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 12 tortilla shells

  • 1/2 cup crema (or sour cream, with 1 tbsp water to thin it out)

  • 2 limes, for squeezing

  • Your favorite hot sauce (optional)

Directions:

  1. Marinate the Meat:

    • In a bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, and Pura Vida Taco Seasoning.

    • Mix well, cover, and set aside for at least 30 minutes to marinate.

  2. Prepare the Toppings:

    • Wash the cilantro and set it aside.

    • Slice the red onion and avocado.

  3. Cook the Meat:

    • Heat a medium frying pan over medium heat.

    • Add the marinated meat to the pan, breaking it apart with a spatula to achieve a semi-fine consistency.
