French Fries
Using Ethical Table All Seasons Seasoning
These crispy and flavorful fries are seasoned with the Ethical Table All Seasons Blend and topped with shaved parmesan for an extra savory kick. Paired with a zesty Sriracha Aioli and pea greens for garnish, these fries are sure to be a hit!
Ingredients:
French Fries:
4 russet potatoes
6 cups frying oil
1 tbsp Ethical Table All Seasons Blend
1/4 cup shaved parmesan
Sriracha Aioli:
1/2 cup mayo
1.5 tsp sriracha
Squeeze of lime
Garnish:
Pea greens (optional)
Directions:
Prep the Potatoes:
Wash the russet potatoes thoroughly and slice them into fries.
Place the sliced fries into a hot water bath of gently boiling water for 4 minutes.
Remove and set them on a wire rack to cool.
Make the Sriracha Aioli:
In a bowl, whisk together the mayo, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
Set aside in the fridge to chill. Optionally, you can fill a squeeze bottle for easy serving.
Blanch the Fries:
Heat the oil to 325°F (165°C) and blanch the fries until they slightly color.
Remove the fries and rest them on a wire rack to cool.
Final Fry:
Heat the oil to 375°F (190°C) and fry the potatoes until golden brown and crispy.
As soon as they come out of the oil, toss them in the Ethical Table All Seasons Blend to coat evenly.
Plate and Serve:
Plate the fries and drizzle with the chilled Sriracha Aioli.
Grate the parmesan over the top and garnish with pea greens for a fresh touch.
